THE SOS METHOD
Phase 1: Getting Familiar & Learning The Ropes
1. GET TO KNOW THE PLATFORM
It’s important to take some time to look around our website and familiarize yourself with how everything works. Be sure to visit the dashboard and explore a bit to see what you have access to as a member and get to know your way around the platform!
2. JOIN OUR MEMBERS ONLY FACEBOOK GROUP
We’ve created a private FB group that allows members to connect, collaborate, ask questions, and meet other like-minded agents in the real estate industry. We want this platform to feel like a real and genuine community - so be sure to join that page here.
3. MAKE A CANVA ACCOUNT
If you haven’t yet, be sure to sign up for a free Canva account so you are able to customize all of our pre-made graphics and photos. Canva is an easy-to-navigate design platform that allows us to create top-notch content while giving you the option to personalize each post to your liking. You can sign up here if you don’t have a pre-existing Canva account set up already.
Phase 2: The Branding Process
DISCLAIMER - There are a variety of ways to use this platform, so feel free to skip through this information and start posting our content without any hesitation. But with that being said, what do we personally recommend? Our suggestion is to start by piecing together a set brand for you and your business. This process will take everything to the next level, and is truly the most effective way to utilize social media and digital marketing.
1. CREATE YOUR BRANDING SHEET
Click here to be redirected to our branding kit, where you will be able to choose your brand colors, fonts, and home design style photos. Along with this process, you also have the option to design a custom logo by using one of our pre-made templates. You may already have a designed logo, ready to go - but if not, we have you covered… Just click here! It’s crucial to stick to a similar look and overall feel to differentiate your brand and to assure that all of your content is streamlined and beautifully put together. As you customize the SOS graphics, you’ll be able to reference back to this sheet and use it as a guide for future branding and marketing strategies. If you already are familiar with and know the ropes when it comes to branding, you may want to skip this idea altogether. But if you’re needing more guidance and a better vision, this step can be extremely beneficial!
2. BRAND YOUR PLATFORMS & RESOURCES
With access to our Instagram story highlight covers, IG bio templates, email signatures, and Facebook banners, we’ve provided everything you need to implement your personal brand into every aspect of your digital marketing strategy and online presence.
3. BRAND YOUR MARKETING AND PRINTABLES

Phase 3: Taking Action!
This is where things get exciting! Now that your brand is set-up, your marketing tools are customized, and everything is cohesively working together… it’s time to dive into the real fun - social media, of course!
1. CHECK THE MONTHLY CONTENT SCHEDULE & CUSTOMIZE YOUR POST CALENDAR
Each month we release a new content calendar with 31 new posts, daily Instagram stories, prewritten captions, hashtags guides, and more. You have the option to customize each graphic separately or post the pre-made one we’ve designed for you - depending on your schedule, flexibility, and preference. Be sure to click on our “customize” button below each post for access to edit and personalize posts. You can also use our general graphics (which you can find on the SOS Dashboard) and caption collections to mix up your schedule and make it completely tailored to you.
2. BE SURE TO IMPLEMENT YOUR PERSONAL BRANDING & MARKETING TOOLS FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS
When personalizing your graphics in Canva, we suggest looking back at your branding sheet to intertwine your chosen fonts, colors, images, and logos into your customized graphics. Again, this is an important step to make sure your content stays consistent and that everything you put out on social media is ON POINT and on-brand.
3. KEEP LEARNING, CONTINUE TO GROW, STAY CONSISTENT, AND TRUST THE PROCESS!
You can set everything up and start posting beautiful content, customized to match your personal brand and overall feed... In anything, to be successful and reach your greatest potential, you have to keep pushing forward with patience and consistency to make a long-lasting difference in what you’re working towards. With no surprise, this goes for social media, digital marketing, and building an online presence too! We will continue to put out top-notch content, provide you with tips & tricks, help in any way we can, and guide you through the entire process, from start to finish - and if you continue to learn, grow, and use our assets and tools into action, it’s inevitable that you’ll become a social media master in no time!
